About ARIS
ARIS, Adaptive Response Intelligence System, is an AI-powered personal assistant application built and operated by KingLabs AI, a subsidiary of Kingship Holdings Inc. This policy covers all data collected through the ARIS mobile application.
What We Collect
We collect information you provide directly through conversation with ARIS, including your name, career, hobbies, goals, and personal preferences. We also collect conversation history, voice inputs, uploaded files and images, location data when you grant permission for weather features, and device usage patterns to improve proactive suggestions.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to power ARIS features including personalized responses, morning briefs, goal tracking, event reminders, notebook management, and proactive suggestions. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the service: Supabase for secure data storage, Anthropic for AI processing, and RevenueCat for subscription management.
Voice and Audio
Voice input is processed locally on your device using your operating system’s speech recognition engine. We do not store raw audio recordings. Transcribed text from voice sessions may be stored as part of your conversation history.
Location Data
Location is accessed only when the ARIS app is open and only to fetch local weather for your morning brief. Location data is not stored persistently and is not shared with any third parties.
Data Storage
Your conversation history, memory profile, goals, notebooks, and preferences are stored securely in our database hosted by Supabase. All data is associated with your authenticated account and protected by access controls.
Your Rights
You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@kinglabsai.com. You can also clear your conversation history and memory profile directly within the ARIS app settings at any time.
Children
ARIS is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
