This Privacy Policy explains how ARIS (Adaptive Response Intelligence System), developed by King Renzo Designs Professional Corporation, collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use the ARIS mobile application ("the App"). By using ARIS, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and authentication credentials managed through Clerk, our third-party authentication provider.
Usage Data. We collect data about how you interact with the App, including messages sent to the AI assistant, mode usage (Home, Car, Office, Architect), session timestamps, and feature interactions.
Location Data. When you use Car Mode, ARIS accesses your device's location in real time to provide navigation, routing, estimated time of arrival (ETA) calculations, and turn-by-turn directions. Location data is used only for active navigation sessions and is not stored on our servers beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
Camera and Photo/Video Permissions. ARIS requests access to your device's camera and photo/video library to support the dashcam feature within Car Mode. This allows the App to capture, record, and display video during active driving sessions. Video recorded through the dashcam feature is stored locally on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or store dashcam footage on our servers unless you explicitly choose to share it through a feature that requires transmission. You may revoke camera and media permissions at any time through your device settings.
Microphone. ARIS requests microphone access to support voice input features. Voice data is processed to generate responses and is not stored beyond the active session unless otherwise stated in a specific feature.
Device Information. We may collect device type, operating system version, and app version to support troubleshooting and compatibility.
ARIS integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
Your data is stored in Supabase, a secure cloud database provider. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Dashcam footage is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you initiate a share action within the App.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting privacy@kinglabsai.com, or by visiting our Delete Account & Data page. Locally stored dashcam footage is managed entirely by you and can be deleted from your device at any time.
ARIS is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us immediately at privacy@kinglabsai.com.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@kinglabsai.com.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the App and on our website. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
