Who we are

What we collect

OmniTile Mail connects to your existing email accounts. To do this, the app collects and uses the following:

• Email address — used to identify and connect your email account.
• Email content — your emails are fetched from your provider (Gmail, Outlook, or a custom SMTP/POP3 server) and displayed within the app. This content is not stored on our servers.
• OAuth tokens — when you connect Gmail or Outlook, we store an OAuth token locally on your device. This token allows the app to access your inbox without storing your password.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your location, financial information, health data, contacts, photos, or any data unrelated to email. We do not run ads. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties.

How your data is stored

All credentials and cached email data are stored locally on your device. Nothing is transmitted to KingLabs AI servers. Email content is fetched directly from your email provider each time you open the app.

Third-party services

OmniTile Mail connects to the following third-party services at your direction:

• Google (Gmail) — governed by Google's Privacy Policy
• Microsoft (Outlook) — governed by Microsoft's Privacy Statement
• Your custom email provider — governed by that provider's own privacy policy

Data deletion

You can remove any connected account from within the app at any time. Doing so deletes all locally stored credentials and cached data for that account. To request full data deletion, visit our data deletion page.

Children

OmniTile Mail is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
