ARIS is an AI-powered personal assistant mobile application offering multiple operational modes including Home, Car, Office, and Architect. Features include AI conversation, real-time navigation, dashcam recording, voice input, task management, and subscription-based access to premium features.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use ARIS. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@kinglabsai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
ARIS offers the following subscription tiers:
Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and billed through the Google Play Store. All billing is subject to the payment terms of your app store. Refunds are governed by Google Play Store policy. Subscription pricing is subject to change with notice provided in the App.
ARIS requests camera and photo/video library permissions to support the dashcam feature in Car Mode. By enabling the dashcam feature, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Responses generated by the ARIS AI assistant are powered by the Anthropic Claude API. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. ARIS is not a substitute for professional advice in legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical contexts. You assume full responsibility for decisions made based on AI-generated responses.
Navigation Disclaimer: Turn-by-turn directions and routing provided in Car Mode are for informational purposes only. Always follow official road signs, traffic laws, and your own judgment while driving. King Renzo Designs Professional Corporation is not liable for any accidents, traffic violations, or damages resulting from reliance on ARIS navigation.
All content, features, code, branding, and design within ARIS are the property of King Renzo Designs Professional Corporation and Kingship Holdings Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of ARIS without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@kinglabsai.com. Upon termination, your access to subscription features will end at the close of the current billing period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, King Renzo Designs Professional Corporation and Kingship Holdings Inc. are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ARIS, including but not limited to damages related to navigation errors, dashcam recording issues, AI response inaccuracies, or data loss.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless King Renzo Designs Professional Corporation, Kingship Holdings Inc., and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App and on our website. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
