Agreement

By downloading or using OmniTile Mail, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. OmniTile Mail is a product of KingLabs AI, a subsidiary of Kingship Holdings Inc.

What the app does

OmniTile Mail is a unified email client. It connects to email accounts you already own — Gmail, Outlook, or custom SMTP/POP3 accounts — and displays your email in one interface. We do not provide email services. We are not an email host.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the email accounts you connect to OmniTile Mail. You must have the right to access any account you add. Do not use this app to access accounts that are not yours.

No warranty

OmniTile Mail is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, delivery of emails, or compatibility with every email provider. Email access depends on third-party providers (Google, Microsoft, your host) that are outside our control.

Limitation of liability

KingLabs AI and Kingship Holdings Inc. are not liable for any loss of data, missed emails, or damages arising from your use of OmniTile Mail. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

Changes to the app or these terms

We may update the app or these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Termination

You can stop using OmniTile Mail at any time by deleting the app. We reserve the right to discontinue the app or restrict access at our discretion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kingship Holdings Inc. operates.
